Job summary We are looking to recruit two site managers to join our Team. This role consists of capacity management, staff deployment and leading on clinical safety of the organisation out of hours. To maintain safe staffing levels, site integrity and the flow throughout the organisation from an elective and emergency perspective, whilst achieving quality targets.
