Location: London | Salary: £45,000 per annum
Are you a dedicated and experienced nurse looking for a senior role with greater autonomy and the chance to make a lasting impact? Join one of Londons most established neuro-disability services as a Senior Nurse (Days Only) and lead exceptional care through the night within a highly specialised setting.
With a proud history of providing expert care since 1892, this service supports individuals with complex neurological conditions including brain and spinal injuries, stroke, and progressive neurological disorders. As a Senior Nurse, youll play a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence overnight, supported by a well-resourced and forward-thinking team.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 per annum

- Take clinical lead responsibility during night shifts, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care
- Deliver and oversee complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff, acting as a mentor and role model
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and follow best practice guidelines
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of services
- A Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Experience in complex care and high-acuity nursing
- Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to clinical excellence
- Confident working independently during night shifts while fostering a collaborative team environment
