Senior Care Assistant - Nights

As a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Avalon Court Care Home in Coventry, you will join our award-winning team and work from 19:45 pm to 08:00 am. Your main responsibilities include supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care and providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. In addition, you will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, participate in person-centred care planning, assist with medication requirements, conduct staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents and their relatives. To qualify, you must have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, at least two years of experience in a similar environment, strong communication skills, the ability to support and nurture residents and staff, and flexibility to cover various responsibilities.
