TITLE OF IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: CLINICAL DIRECTOR RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS – HIGH DUTIES Provide skilled nursing services, on an intermittent basis, to patients, in their homes.
