As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support we're known for. You'll ensure each person's needs are met and that they're always treated with dignity and respect. Responsibilities include making sure a new resident is settling in, developing tailored care plans, and carrying out a variety of clinical tasks. To join, you'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Qualifications

Essential

  • Current NMC registration, good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
