This role is part-time and offers flexible working hours. As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Barchester care home, the primary responsibility is to support the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, ensuring they receive high-quality care. The nurse will need to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with various physical and mental health needs, using their professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, safely administering medicine, and delivering excellence in all activities. The nurse will have autonomy in their duties and be appreciated for their work. Candidates must have current NMC registration and knowledge of recent clinical practices. Experience in creating care plans and conducting risk assessments is essential, along with an understanding of frameworks like DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do. As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), you'll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.

ABOUT YOUYou'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Essential
