As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Barchester care home, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of care we provide. You will be responsible for addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. In this part-time, flexible role, you will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with various physical and mental needs. Using your professional judgment, you will develop tailored care plans, provide medicine safely, and make critical clinical decisions. Your dedication to person-centered care and your ability to work autonomously will be highly valued and respected in this position. We seek individuals with current NMC registration and knowledge of the latest clinical practices who can produce detailed care plans and risk assessments. ABOUT YOUYou'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Qualifications

Essential

  • Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans, detailed risk assessments, and understanding of regulatory frameworks like DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
