This role is for a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) at Barchester care home, located in Kidderminster. It is a casual, part-time role with flexible working hours. The Registered Nurse will ensure the physical, psychological, and social needs of the residents are met with quality care. The role requires creating a safe and supportive environment, making critical clinical decisions, developing tailored care plans, and administering medication safely. The candidate must have current NMC registration, a sound knowledge of updated clinical practices, and be experienced in creating detailed care plans and risk assessments. An understanding of regulatory frameworks like DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines is necessary. A dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing is essential for this position. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.
ABOUT YOUYou'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated and compassionate, you'll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
