This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, the role involves attending to the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents. Essential responsibilities include creating a supportive environment for residents with varying needs, making informed clinical decisions, developing personalized care plans, providing medicines safely, and delivering overall excellence in care. Nurses will have autonomy and will be recognized and respected. Required qualifications include NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, with experience in care planning and risk assessments. The role offers competitive pay, flexible work, and opportunities for development in a leading healthcare organization. ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.
We'll look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with range of physical and mental needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.
ABOUT YOUYou'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated and compassionate, you'll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
REWARDS PACKAGEAs well as competitive pay, you can look forward to a role that offers true flexibility and plenty of free learning and development opportunities. As one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, we take the growth of everyone who works for us seriously.
As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.
