You'll create a safe and supportive environment for residents with various physical and mental needs, relying on your professional judgement for critical clinical decisions. Responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence. You have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way, being valued and respected for what you do. You'll need current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, experience in care plans, and understanding of regulatory frameworks like DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated and compassionate, you'll pride yourself on a person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing. As this is a Bank position to provide cover as needed, such as for annual or sick leave, your hours and days of work will vary.
