Registered Nurse Looking for a Supportive Nursing Home Role?
Are you an RGN, RMN or RNLD looking for a permanent nursing-home position where you can provide genuinely person-centred care and become part of a supportive, established team?
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established nursing home in the Seaford area, for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their clinical team.
You'll receive £22.15 per hour, paid breaks and a guaranteed 36-hour permanent contract, working a rotational shift pattern across days and nights.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and individualised nursing care.
Working alongside an experienced care team, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Assessing and monitoring residents' clinical needs
- Administering and managing medication safely
- Developing, reviewing and updating individual care plans
- Completing clinical observations and responding to changes in residents' health
- Supporting residents living with a range of nursing and care needs
- Providing dementia and older-person care where required
- Supporting palliative and end-of-life care
- Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation
- Communicating with GPs and other healthcare professionals
- Supporting and guiding Healthcare Assistants and care staff
- Ensuring safeguarding and infection-control procedures are followed
- Promoting residents' dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing
- Providing clear and comprehensive clinical handovers
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- RGN, RMN or RNLD qualification
- Current NMC registration and valid PIN
- A compassionate and person-centred approach
- Good clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- The ability to work rotational day and night shifts
- A genuine commitment to providing excellent care to residents
Previous nursing-home, care-home, dementia or older-person care experience would be highly beneficial.
