Looking for a nursing role where your experience really matters?
Our client is a well-established, Good CQC-regulated nursing home committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN/RN) to join their dedicated nursing and care team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive the highest possible standards of clinical and personal care.
Working alongside an experienced team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Assessing residents' individual needs and developing and reviewing care plans.
- Administering medication safely and accurately in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing and responding appropriately to changes in their condition.
- Liaising with GPs, healthcare professionals and residents' families where appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
- Supporting and providing clinical guidance to care staff.
- Promoting residents' dignity, independence, choice and quality of life.
- Ensuring care is delivered in accordance with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and best practice.
- Contributing to a positive, professional and supportive working environment.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- A current NMC registration and valid PIN.
- Previous nursing home experience essential.
- Experience delivering high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Strong clinical knowledge and the confidence to make appropriate clinical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, reliable and compassionate approach.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team.
- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding standards of care.
Please note: Previous experience working within a nursing home setting is a required and essential criterion for this vacancy. Unfortunately, applicants without relevant nursing home experience cannot be considered.
