If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our highly skilled and compassionate care team at Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice.

As a Registered Paediatric Nurse at Ty Hafan, you will deliver safe, high-quality clinical nursing care to children and young people receiving care in the hospice. Working as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team, you will help ensure continuity of care and the best possible outcomes for children and their families.

You will use your professional skills to assess, plan and deliver individualised nursing care, providing evidence-based clinical interventions in line with current guidelines, regulations and organisational policies. A key part of the role is supporting families as well as children, delivering truly holistic, family-centred care.

If you are passionate about caring for children and young people with complex needs, and would value working in a peaceful, out-of-town setting where you can take the time to build meaningful relationships with families, this role could be ideal for you.

Shift requirements

Candidates will be required to work 37.5 hours a week, covering 3 x 12-hrs shifts (days & nights) a week and 1 x 6hrs early or late shift a month. Our shift patterns are as follows:

Days 7.00am – 7.30pm (12 hours)Nights 7.00pm – 7.30am (12 hours)Earlies 7.00am – 1pm (6 hours)Lates 1.30pm – 7.30pm (6 hours) Why join Ty Hafan?
