Registered Nurse Band 5 - Savernake

As a Registered Nurse Band 5, youll be part of our valued team at Savernake Community Hospital, working on Savernake Ward. The Unit provides Sub Acute Care, Rehabilitation, and End of Life care for the residents of Wiltshire with an integrated multi-disciplinary team. Clinical leadership is facilitated by a team of Consultant Nurses, supporting the Clinical team of Doctors, ACPs, Therapists, Nurses, Support workers and Health Care Assistants. We provide the training and support you need to become a confident, competent Registered Nurse, delivering high standards of care. You will be expected to have strong communication and organisation skills, along with a flexible approach.
