Job description
Location: Lincolnshire & Worksop
Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse (Days & Nights)
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team. You'll be working across a range of specialist mental health facilities, providing high-quality care in a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients with complex mental health needs.
Pay & Benefits
- £24.00 - £26.45 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
- Flexible day and night shifts available
- Ongoing opportunities for regular work
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience within a mental health or healthcare setting
- A valid and unrestricted NMC Pin
- A current PMVA Certificate
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver high-quality nursing care while promoting patients' dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans
- Support patients in their recovery and encourage participation in therapeutic and rehabilitation activities
- Administer medication safely in accordance with NMC guidelines and organisational policies
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
