Job description

About yo u

You will have experience working as a Registered Manager with strong operational and organisational skills including experience with clinical governance, CQC, safeguarding, and quality.
You will ideally be a Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN
Previous experience of working for community-based organisation ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.
You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

What's on offer for the Registered Manager?

Salary of £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience, plus a company car
37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm plus on call, main base will be the Brighton office so you will need to be local enough to be based there , with travel when required to the other regions.
25 days AL plus the bank holiday and a day off on your birthday.
