Registered manager - Learning Disabilities

Ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.

Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice.

Lead, motivate and develop the staff team.

Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision and performance.

Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate and regularly reviewed.

Promote safeguarding, dignity, choice and independence.

Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvements.

Build positive relationships with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.

Manage incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns appropriately.The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience managing or leading a residential care service.

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and relevant care legislation.

Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Experience with care planning, risk assessments and quality assurance.

A commitment to delivering person-centred care and improving outcomes.

A relevant Level 5 leadership and management qualification in adult care would be advantageous.

Ability to meet the relevant CQC Registered Manager registration requirements.Benefits:
