Job description
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager for a children’s residential home in Edgware, HA8.
Experienced Ofsted Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years’ experience in residential care, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within a children’s residential setting.
Experience managing residential homes for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Enhanced DBS check.
Full UK driving licence.
Right to work in the UK.
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
