Job description
Position: Registered Manager
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Alvo are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well established and highly supportive medium sized family run care home in Middlesbrough.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager looking for a long term position with an organisation that values stability, commitment and quality care.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the service
- Ensure high standards of care and compliance
- Maintain strong CQC standards and oversee quality processes
- Lead, support and develop the care team
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and professionals
- Previous Registered Manager experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Proven longevity and stability in previous roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Up to £50,000 per annum
