Job description
Job Title: Phlebotomists & HCAs with Phlebotomy Skills
Location: Dorchester
Hourly Rate: £17.92 – £28.00
Are you an experienced Phlebotomist or HCA with strong phlebotomy skills?
We’re looking for motivated clinicians who want flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the community.
We offer enhanced pay rates, with additional top‑up bonuses when specific clinical skills are used during appointments:
£17.92 – £28.00 per appointment (rate varies based on skills used)
Your clinical expertise will directly support individuals in their own homes, improving convenience, comfort, and access to essential care.
- 1‑hour appointment slots, giving you maximum flexibility
- Choose as many sessions as you like — you're fully in control
- Simple, app‑based booking system to manage your schedule
- Opportunities to earn additional pay based on appointment type and complexity
- Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel up to ~60 miles
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
To Be Successful in This Role You Should Have:
- A Certificate in Phlebotomy
- A minimum of one year of active experience drawing blood
- Excellent patient care skills
- Immediate Right to Work in the UK
