Outpatient Nurse

£35,000 per annum.

40 hours per week, 5 days per week.

Monday to Friday working at present, with potential future weekend cover.

On-call rota twice per month, paid an additional £35 per day completed.

Telephone-only on-call, with no travel required.

This is a private outpatient clinic providing hands-on clinical care in a professional, patient-focused environment. The team works to high standards, with a strong emphasis on safe practice, efficiency and quality service.

Deliver outpatient nursing care, including post-operative calls, wound care and pre-operative assessments.

Carry out venepuncture, ECGs, baseline observations and required clinical paperwork accurately.

Support clinic running, admission checks, surgeon coordination and escalation of clinical concerns.

Maintain compliance with CQC, infection control, health and safety and audit requirements.

You are a registered nurse with strong experience in wound care and the ability to work independently.

You are fully competent in venepuncture and taking ECGs.

Pre-assessment experience is desirable, and you can manage telephone-based on-call duties confidently.
