Job description
Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Orthodontic CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager to join our practice in Marlborough. We are a mixed NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.
- Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety
- Recruitment of support and clinical staff
- Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
- Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
- Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
- Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
- Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion
- Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours
- Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the go to dental practice.
- You will work 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
- Pay negotiable depending on experience
- Leadership and team management.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with the public.
- Reliable.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to understand and work with budgets, targets and KPI's.
- Previous orthodontic dental management experience is essential
- Be friendly, flexible, highly motivated, and able to work well under pressure
- A profound sense of professionalism and dedication is required for this role
