This is a key role where you will help protect and promote the health, wellbeing and safety of our colleagues, while providing clear, professional advice that supports safe and effective working. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will provide independent, evidence-based advice following management referrals, undertake pre-placement health assessments, assess fitness for work, and support safety-critical, driver and night worker medicals in line with relevant guidance and organisational policy.

You will work closely with managers, HR, Health and Safety colleagues and external professionals, preparing clear and objective Occupational Health reports that support employees and help the organisation make informed decisions.
