Wellingborough | Up to £57,500 | Full-time | Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager to join a well-rated specialist nursing home in Wellingborough, supporting residents with dementia and complex mental health needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse and confident leader to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home and lead an established team.

Overall management of the nursing home
Lead and develop the nursing and care team
Ensure high standards of person-centred care
Maintain strong CQC and clinical governance standards
Oversee care planning, medication, safeguarding and audits
Work closely with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
Drive continuous improvement across the service

NMC Registered Nurse
Previous Home Manager experience within a nursing/care setting
Strong dementia and/or mental health experience
Good knowledge of CQC and clinical governance
Confident, compassionate and inspirational leader
Passionate about delivering excellent resident care

Up to £57,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to lead a well-established and highly regarded specialist service.
