Salary - £40,000.00 - £42,000.00 per annum + bonus + benefits
(Salary increments of £1000 after six months and £1000 after 12 months, plus bonus)

As a Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical expertise gained from being a registered qualified Nurse, Paramedic, Occupational Health Therapist or Physiotherapist in a new and rewarding way. As a Functional Assessor you will be conducting functional assessments that help people access the support they need. From your experience as a Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Health Therapist or Paramedic you will use your clinical expertise to assess how a person’s health condition affects their day‑to‑day functional ability, rather than diagnosing or treating them. It’s a clinical, structured, Monday–Friday role focused on assessment, not hands‑on care.

As a qualified Nurse, Paramedic, Occupational Health Therapist or Physiotherapist, you'll bring your clinical experience and people skills to a role that's both challenging and rewarding. You'll be: Conducting functional assessments and producing high-quality reports Using your clinical judgement to evaluate a wide range of health conditions Collaborating with a supportive team of healthcare professionals Maintaining accurate records and adhering to clinical governance standards Engaging in continuous professional development and training Delivering assessments with empathy, integrity and professionalism

Salary increments of £1000 after six months and £1000 after 12 months, plus bonus 25 days Annual leave per year plus bank holidays for full time employees with the opportunity to purchase up to 5 days additional leave Mon-Fri 09.00 – 5.00 working hours Quarterly Bonus Structure – up to 10% of salary paid quarterly Approval Incentive bonus - up to 5% of salary Up to 6% employer matched pension contribution. To apply, you must be a registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist) with at least 12 months' post-registration experience in the last 5 years and no restrictions to practice.
