We are recruiting registered Nurses (RGN, RMN and RNLD) to join a Functional Assessor team delivering Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessment (WCA) services in Southampton.

This is a structured, assessment-based role offering a move away from hands-on clinical care into a predictable Monday to Friday, office hours position.

The role is non-clinical and non-hands-on, focusing on assessment, communication, and report writing.
