Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to step away from frontline nursing while continuing to use your clinical judgement every day?
We're recruiting for an experienced Nurse Case Manager to join a private international healthcare organisation based in Esher, working on a hybrid basis between the office and home.
This is an excellent opportunity for an acute, emergency or critical care nurse to move into clinical case management, supporting patients overseas, reviewing complex medical cases and coordinating emergency medical assistance and repatriation.

- Hybrid working – Esher office and home-based
- 36-hour working week
- Private healthcare

- Pension scheme
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Ongoing professional development
- Manage a varied caseload of emergency medical assistance cases
- Coordinate complex medical and repatriation cases
- Support patients receiving treatment in hospitals overseas

- Provide non-diagnostic medical advice to patients and policyholders
- Liaise with hospitals, consultants and overseas healthcare providers

- At least 3 years' recent clinical nursing experience

- Confidence managing complex and potentially urgent medical situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage your own caseload and priorities
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems
Experience within A&E, ICU, HDU, CCU, acute medicine, acute surgical nursing or critical care would be particularly well suited to this position.
Previous experience within nurse case management, clinical case management, medical assistance, repatriation, travel health, international healthcare or medical insurance would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
