What we offer

Were looking for
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
- NVQ Level 2 - Health and Social care qualification
- NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or be working towards
- Full time availability of 42 hours per week
- Night shifts are from 8pm to 8am (12 hours shifts)
- Required to work alternate weekends
Your role
- Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
- Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Contribute to and review care plans
- Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
- Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
