As a Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare in Fareham, you will ensure residents receive the quality care and support they deserve every day. Duties include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and creating meaningful moments with residents. Experience with older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills are required. Empathy and compassion are essential to providing the highest standard of care and support.
