This role involves working as a night care assistant on a flexible, part-time basis at Barchester Healthcare. As a care assistant, your main responsibilities will be to help residents enjoy their daily lives by providing high-quality care and support. This includes helping with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring each resident receives one-to-one time. You will need to have prior experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach. ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
