Night Care Assistant - Bank

This role involves working as a night care assistant on a flexible, part-time basis at Barchester Healthcare. As a care assistant, your main responsibilities will be to help residents enjoy their daily lives by providing high-quality care and support. This includes helping with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring each resident receives one-to-one time. You will need to have prior experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach. ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
