This role involves supporting residents with their daily living activities, ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. The Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare will assist in providing companionship, ensuring residents are comfortable, and engaging them in activities to enrich their lives. The position offers the chance to work flexibly on a casual, part-time basis, where no two days are the same, and employees can make a real difference in the lives of residents.
