Join Agincare Homes Holdings as a Night Care Assistant and be the reason someone smiles. Located in Hampton, this permanent position offers a salary of £14.80 per hour. As part of Agincare's expansion in Richmond, you will play a key role in enhancing residents' lives with comfort, dignity, and joy. We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, career development opportunities, and a refer-a-friend bonus of up to £1,000. Provide personal care, administer medication, and deliver person-centred care as part of a compassionate team. Applicants should be kind and compassionate, with at least 12 months right to work in the UK.

What you will be doing

  • Provide personal care and support.
  • Administer and record medication.
  • Assist with daily living activities.
  • Support activities and social engagement.
  • Promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
  • Deliver person-centred care as part of a team.

What youll bring

  • Experience working in a care setting is preferred
  • Kind, compassionate and great with people
  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
  • Opportunities Available:
  • There is one position available working 44 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
  • There is one position available working 33 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
  • The shift patterns are 8am to 8pm
