Job overview Are you a registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist? Our Crisis Resolution Home Team is looking to recruit a Mental Health Practitioner. The team is based at Hall Court in Telford and provides mental health assessment, treatment and support to people in Telford & Wrekin.
