Job description
Location: Exeter/Devon/North Devon
Your Healthcare Global Agency is currently recruiting Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) and Mental Health Support Workers (MH-HCAs) for exciting agency opportunities across NHS hospitals in the UK.

- Wear the required uniform and appropriate footwear.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Remain on duty for the full agreed shift unless authorised to leave.
- Follow instructions from senior staff and management.
- Maintain professional boundaries with individuals and their families.
- Never use inappropriate language or behaviour towards residents or colleagues.
- Never use personal mobile phones while providing support, except where authorised or in an emergency.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding service users and the site.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team.
- Right to WorkValid British/Irish passport, or Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) / other eligible evidence of right to work.
- Identity VerificationValid identification and verification of personal details.
- DBS CheckEnhanced Adult and Child DBS clearance on the update service.
- Employment HistoryFull and accurate employment history, including explanations for any significant gaps.
- ReferencesTwo professional references confirming the experience for the role.
- QualificationsEvidence of relevant care qualifications and certificates where applicable.
- Training RecordsEvidence of mandatory training relevant to the role, including safeguarding, moving and handling, infection prevention and control, health and safety and other required training.
- Work History and ExperienceA minimum of 6 months experience in the UK as a HCA in a NHS hospital.
