Live-In Support Worker (Male & Female) – Nationwide Opportunities

At Active Care Group, we are proud to be one of the UK’s leading providers of complex and specialist care services. We are currently recruiting male and female Live-In Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting clients to live independently in their own homes.
Please note we do not offer sponsorship and accepted skilled/student visa’s for this role.

All travel organised and fully paid We arrange and cover your travel from your local train or coach station directly to your placement, removing stress and saving you money.

Work Pattern
- Flexible live-in assignments (typically 1–2 weeks on / off)
- Regular, ongoing placements available
- Zero-hours contract with consistent opportunities
Every placement is different, but your role may include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Assistance with meals, hydration, and medication
- Household tasks to maintain a safe environment
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities
- Providing overnight support where required
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Passionate about person-centred care
- Confident working independently in a client’s home
- Flexible and willing to work across different packages
- Care experience is beneficial (training provided where needed)
- £127.50- £153.00 per day
- Paid specialist training
- Holiday pay 14.07% on every hour you work!
