This confidential opportunity is with an established specialist healthcare provider. The 15-bed hospital supports men with complex neuropsychiatric needs, with a strong focus on rehabilitation, clinical governance and positive patient outcomes.

Lead the strategic and day-to-day operation of the hospital.

Maintain HIW compliance and high standards of clinical governance.

Lead clinical, operational, financial, HR and recruitment functions.

Oversee referrals, assessments and effective bed management.

Lead investigations, audits, risk management and service development.

Develop and performance manage the multidisciplinary team.

Identify opportunities to improve quality and sustainable growth.

To be considered for this Hospital Manager position, you will have:

Qualified RMN or RNLD status with a valid NMC PIN.

Management experience within a neuropsychiatric service.

Experience working within HIW requirements, or equivalent regulatory frameworks such as CQC.

Strong leadership, clinical governance and performance management skills.

Experience managing investigations and complaints.

Leadership & Management or Health & Social Care qualifications are desirable.
