To be considered for this position, you must:

✔ Be able to work within the Bootle area (L20);

✔ Be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends; and

✔ Have a caring, compassionate and reliable approach.

✔ Hold a full UK driving licence;

✔ Have access to your own vehicle; and

✔ Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.

Walker positions are also available within the Bootle area (L20).

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:

✅ Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion

✅ Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines

✅ Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition

✅ Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans

✅ Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks

✅ Supporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environment

✅ Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support

✅ Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.

✅ £13.45 - £13.70 per hour
