Healthcare Assistant (Day & Night Shifts)

Location: South West London, London

Job Type: Temporary

Our client is a growing provider of high-quality care services in East London . We are seeking experienced and reliable Care Assistants to join a supportive, professional team dedicated to delivering compassionate care. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of others while promoting independence and dignity.

In this role, you will provide essential support to clients within their own homes. Key duties include:

  • Personal Care & Support: Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation.
  • Ensuring the safety of vulnerable individuals, providing emotional support, and facilitating access to necessary accommodations or independent living options.
  • Promoting client autonomy and ensuring all care is delivered with the utmost respect.
  • Maintaining clear, professional dialogue with clients, families, and the wider care team.
  • Efficiently traveling between client residences within the local East London area.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A solid background in a care setting is essential but not not compulsory
