We're looking for compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a lady in her 30s with complex care needs.

She enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, dancing in her chair, colouring, and sensory activities. She also loves getting out into the community, especially visiting the park, feeding the ducks, watching dogs play, and having her nails painted.

You'll provide support with her personal care and clinical needs, including her morning routine and while she attends her day centre. You'll also provide support overnight, helping to keep her safe, comfortable and well cared for.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building a good relationship with the people they support and helping them enjoy the activities they love, while providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Previous experience supporting adults with complex clinical needs is essential.

The specific clinical competencies required for our client are:

Tracheostomy care, including emergency tracheostomy tube changes.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.

Have the right to work in the UK.

Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.

Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
