Job description
Job summary Elm Lodge Surgery is looking for an Elderly Care Nurse to work as part of our multidisciplinary general practice team. The role is for 6 sessions per week, we can be flexible for the right candidate. In this role you will work with our older frail patients helping to provide proactive and holistic care to support them to live safely and independently at home.
