Pay: £40,00.00 - £42,000.00 per year + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved. Salaries are postcode dependent
Functional Assessor – PIP & WCA | Full-Time | Hybrid | Southampton
Are you a registered healthcare professional seeking a rewarding career change? Join our team in Southampton as a Functional Assessor, supporting both Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessment (WCA) services.
- Full-time, permanent position
- Hybrid working model – a mix of office-based and remote working
- Location: Southampton
- Competitive salary + 10% annual bonus paid quarterly
(Bonus paid as 2.5% of salary every quarter, based on quality and productivity)
Your role: As a Functional Assessor, you'll apply your clinical expertise to assess individuals applying for PIP and WCA benefits. You'll produce clear, evidence-based reports that support fair and accurate decision-making, helping people access the support they need.
