Job description
Job summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic First Contact Physiotherapist (FCP) to join our established and experienced multidisciplinary team . This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week across Monday to Wednesday . You will work closely with GPs and the wider Primary Care Network team , supporting patients to access the right care at the right time while promoting self-management and reducing unnecessary referrals.
