We are looking for a confident Female Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working40.25 hours per week picking upNight shifts (7:30pm to 7:45am), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atThe Gables. ***Due to a genuine occupational need to support Female residents, we are currently looking for female applicants***.
Located in the heart of a residential community in Colchester, Gables is a specialist residential service supporting people with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for those who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do.
