Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Complex Care Assistant to support a cheerful and upbeat young lady based in Snodland as part of a nurse-led package of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, providing high-quality, person-centred support while building a meaningful relationship with your client.
The role involves supporting with a range of clinical needs, including tracheostomy care, seizure management, stoma care, PEG (PEJ) feeding and medication, as well as moving and handling. You will also be supporting with 24/7 ventilation (Nippy 4), along with oral suctioning, ensuring her safety, comfort and wellbeing at all times.
