Job description
You will manage a small caseload, giving you the time and autonomy to focus on high-quality care rather than volume. This Community Paediatric Nurse role also offers structured support, clear clinical pathways, and the opportunity to develop your experience within a well-established homecare service.
Up to £46,500 per annum.
Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance.
Monday to Friday working with no nights or weekends.
NMC fees paid.
33 days annual leave including bank holidays, with the option to buy more.

Mobile phone and tablet provided.
This provider delivers specialist care to children and families within their own homes, focusing on safe, person-centred support and continuity of care. The service is well structured, clinically led, and designed to give healthcare professionals the support needed to provide high standards of community-based nursing care.
Deliver specialist paediatric nursing care including IV therapy, cannulation, and subcutaneous injections.
Manage a caseload of children within the community, supporting safe and effective care plans.
Complete clinical assessments and monitor ongoing treatment and outcomes.
Work closely with families, carers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care delivery.
Registered Childrens Nurse (RSCN/RCN) with an active NMC PIN.
Experience within hospital or community paediatric settings.
Competent in cannulation, subcutaneous injections, and clinical assessments.
