Job description
Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient focused Registered Nurse to join our growing Clinical Homecare Nursing Team as a Community IV Nurse. Working in partnership with NHS teams and healthcare professionals, you will deliver specialist IV therapies and Parenteral Nutrition (PN) to patients in their own homes, helping them receive safe and effective treatment while maintaining their independence.
