Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 OR Level 3 diploma in Health & Social Care or clinical health care support.
- Maths and English functional skills qualification (GCSE or equivalent Grades A - C)
- Care Certificate
Experience
Essential
- Life skills/experience within a caring environment
Desirable
- Good computer skills
Knowledge
Essential
- Understanding of the rehabilitation philosophy of care
- Ability to prioritise workload, follow a care plan and work within a team
- Understand and work to the Right Care Behaviours
Desirable
- Experience of working in Intermediate Care or relevant care setting
Other
Essential
- Full UK driving Licence
- Access to your own transport for work purposes
