Job description
Job summary This is an opportunity to join our community nursing team based out of Beauchamp House in Chedgrave as a Community Healthcare Assistant. The role will be to visit patients in their own homes, predominantly across the surrounding villages serviced by GP surgeries from Loddon and Poringland.
