As a Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining quality and ensuring excellent care delivery by:
- Completing initial customer assessments and regular care reviews
- Developing and maintaining person-centred care plans
- Monitoring service quality, compliance, and care standards
- Carrying out quality assurance checks and audits
- Supporting and mentoring new care workers through induction
- Conducting competency assessments and spot checks
- Providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to care staff
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
- Previous experience within a care setting
- Supervisory or leadership experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
