- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Support clients in maintaining their independence by helping with mobility and household tasks
- Develop and follow tailored care plans to meet individual needs and preferences
- Use IT tools to update care records accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Drive between clients’ homes or care facilities safely and responsibly to provide consistent support
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle is highly desirable
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic IT skills for updating electronic care records and using communication devices
- Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and team members
- Knowledge of care plans, health & safety procedures, and safeguarding policies is advantageous
